Ok, so it's early morning and my body guard has just been fed! Boot's (the cat) is now sitting besides me making sure no one get's his claimed spot on the couch. It looks like this may become our morning ritual.
Yesterday I managed to figure out why the lawn mower kept surging. This is probably why I have had such a bad headache all night, and am still waiting of medication time to roll around this morning.
Not sure what small projects, if any I might try and tackle today. Right now just trying to get some clarity in my head. Most days are like this. Just some days are worse than others. Unfortunately this is starting to be one of those other days. One hour to medication time and counting.
Today I think I will get Susan to move the pick-up back to the front driveway. This is so I can load it on the weekend, or whenever. Also, if I am up to it the lawn mower blade could use a sharpening, and the oil should be drained. This way it will be ready for the new oil to be put in when we pick it up on Thursday.
Oh, and my body guard has move to one of his look out positions. He is making sure no bird's, mice, cat's, dog's, or the dreaded jack rabbit has infiltrated his yard. This will never do! A lot has changed in the neighbourhood since he was on patrol last summer... Ha Ha..
I hear stirring of noise down the hall, so does my body guard!! Does this mean Susan has awakened from her beauty rest? I guess not, Boots has come back alone. Soon it will be medication time, then Susan and I will go out to be in the hot-tub to observe "Boots" on patrol.... Boots always knows how to bring smiles to our faces! We will have some much needed relaxation time. We will also set out our plans for today, and discuss how to keep our goals and options uncomplicated as we work together to Building the Simple life................
