Small steps for today.  Susan's day off just became short lived.  A quick trip to the grocery store in town here.  One of the girl's at work, her basement has flooded!  Plans can change.  A quick breakfast and then off to work.
  My day shall resume with the annual spring tune up of the lawn mower, which I might have done last fall (probably not).  Nope, started but did not finish!  So I shall slowly make progress on this today before I have to buy a goat.  There is also one last spring ritual outside, uncover the air compressor housing for the central air conditioning.  This consists of removing its custom made cover and folding it up and storing it until fall, when it again will be put to good use.  The things and equipment it takes to run a household.  To store and protect ones investment, especially with the extreme temperatures one experiences in the prairies of  Oh Canada!.....Oh well that will be another story.  For now I am back to trying to concentrate on getting this lawn mower going,  just another step in Building the Simple life................
