Yesterday I planted another tree, this time at my son's lot.  This was to replace one that had died two summers ago.  Today I shall try and transplant some more, weather and headache permitting.

  Looks like we could be in for crazy bit of weather today.  We have already had a gorgeous sunrise, followed by a quick shower, followed by some more sun, and now some more rain.  Oh look the sun is trying to polk his head out again!  If this keeps up I might have to consider cutting the grass before Susan returns.

  Yesterday I almost had to rename Boots.  Every time I tried to sit down, he either wanted in or out.  Needles to say I was definitely getting a good workout, and all I wanted to do was rest.  Yes he has already had his first breakfast, and yes he is guarding my right flank (happily snoring I might ad).  There was no patrol duties being performed this morning.  Not sure why, perhaps I fed him to much at his first breakfast!

   We shall see how today goes, but I would like to go and try my luck out on the golf course.  It is easy to feel close to God, sometimes this eases the pain of my headache.  Especially when I am up on the green number 14!  So if the sun is out this afternoon and if things work out, perhaps I will make an attempt to play holes 9 through 15, and then that way I won't be over doing it to much.  This way I can enjoy a bit of Building the Simple life...........................
