Good morning, I took a day off yesterday from the world and spent it entirely with my son and his family.  What did we accomplish?  Derek and the girl's managed to move a deep freezer from my basement to their place.  Do an oil change on Michele'e escape, take Shayla out to have her mobile device looked at, and repaired.  The world might come to an end if a teenage girl can not link properly to her data plan on her phone don't you know!  Install two small pieces of sheet rock in their basement, which I might add is coming along very nicely!  What did I get out of the deal?  I got to supervise and boss people around, spend some quality time with some amazing family, and end up with a great home made chicken supper out of the deal!  Then we all finished up with an early surprise 'Birthday' cake!  Which Susan brought, after she finished at work.  Yes, it was a great afternoon and evening!
Today I shall try and make an effort to get back on track, but first I will have to find my list!  Somehow in the last couple of days, in my confusion I seem to have misplaced it.  How this could have happened I do not know, nor do I recall.  Perhaps this has something to do with my dazed and massive headaches I have been dealing with as of late.
There, back from a quick coffee break with Donald, my list has now been found, things are good!  I should be able to now get my day organized and back on track.  Susan was called into work early again!  I am not sure if she will be home earlier, or if this will mean her five hour shift will now become an eight hour shift.  Time will tell.  It is important to note that this has thrown my schedule a bit out of sorts!  No board meeting, and no executive decisions were made before the departure of the CEO., this morning!  Do I dare take another day off?  Probably,,,,,,,'NOT'!
Breakfast is done, so it's back to the little things, and then on to the next!  This is whatever I can handle on my own off of our list.  Well, until Susan returns home.  Which means all I have to remember is to keep it to just one step at a time, at Building the Simple life.............
